HoteLux members who hold a HoteLux Elite, Elite Plus or 1A status are eligible to participate in this campaign. By participating in this Promotion, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Non-HoteLux members will need to join, become a member, and upgrade to at least HoteLux Elite status first, to be eligible to participate in this campaign.

All qualified stays* that meet the requirement of the below-stated campaign booking period and hotel stay period are eligible to receive the bonus KrisFlyer miles provided that their KrisFlyer membership number is also accurately inputted in the campaign landing page on HoteLux app within the campaign registration period.

It is the HoteLux member’s sole responsibility to input their active KrisFlyer membership number accurately. No amendments or updates will be entertained once submitted. HoteLux shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or indirect, that the Member may incur as a result of providing an incorrect KrisFlyer membership number.

Members who registered their KrisFlyer membership number from June 22, 2024 to December 31, 2024 are entitled to continue receiving the benefits of this offer without the need for further registration.

Campaign Registration Period: January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025 (Singapore Time, both dates inclusive)

Campaign Booking Period: January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025 (Singapore Time, both dates inclusive)

Hotel Stay period: January 31, 2025 – June 30, 2025 (Singapore Time, both dates inclusive)

For each qualified stay* completed, 1,000, 2000, or 5,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the assigned account within 30 days. •

2,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles will be credited for qualified stays* with advanced online payment, while 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles will be credited for qualified stays* without advanced online payment. Upon booking a suite or above room type, 5,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles will be awarded. Each stay qualifies for only one category of mileage awards.

Consecutive stays at the same hotel, regardless of how many bookings are made or how many room types are changed, will only be counted as one stay.

Consecutive nights at the same hotel, regardless of check-in and check-out times, will be considered as one stay.

Bookings made with a voucher will not be considered eligible for this campaign.

Multiple bookings at the same hotel on the same date are considered eligible for the campaign. 1,000, 2,000 or 5,000 KrisFlyer bonus miles will be issued accordingly by the number of rooms and room category stayed in this case.

Each individual HoteLux member is entitled to earn 1,000, 2,000 or 5,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles for each qualified stay* without any limit during the campaign period. Subject to the availability of the reward.

HoteLux may, at any time and at its discretion, terminate the Promotion and/or amend any of the Terms and Conditions, and all persons shall be bound by such amendments.
